About Us

Throughout her experience as owner and operator of Lisa Pennington & Associates located in Charlotte, a developmental, behavioral and academic specialty practice-Dr. Pennington became continuously frustrated for parents who had to deal with the routine of sending their families to various disconnected healthcare professionals for additional care.

Her vision turned into reality in 2005 with the opening of Lake Norman Pediatric Therapy; a “Dream Team” of pediatric specialists all working within the same office to provide children and families with quality multi-disciplinary services.

UPDATE December 2009:

Lake Norman Pediatric Therapy, PLLC is pleased to announce that our services are growing by leaps and bounds! We have made several changes in the past few months. Thank you for your continued patience as we make our transitions.

Lake Norman Pediatric Therapy now houses the office of Danielle Farese Milburn, Ph.D. Dr. Milburn's office is now located at 19453 West Catawba Avenue, Suite B, Cornelius, NC 28031. Dr. Milburn's direct office line is (704) 895-6379.

A new group was formed from Lake Norman Pediatric Therapy.

LAKE NORMAN CHILDREN's THERAPY
The services of Physical Therapy (Move & Grow), Occupational Therapy (Liane Hamilton & Cari Fresoli), Speech Therapy (Speech Discovery for Kids) and Shoreway Family Therapeutic Services (Laverne Fesperman) can now be located at 9835 Northcross Center Ct., Suite B, Huntersville, NC 28078. The Lake Norman Children's Therapy direct office line is (704) 896-8688.

We will continue to utilize the convenience of our services as a combined pediatric multidisciplinary specialty group. We collectively look forward to helping your families continue to thrive as we move forward with our new endeavors.
